Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only for:

  • Items that arrive damaged, defective, or faulty
  • Incorrect items sent due to our error

To be eligible for a return, you must:

  • Submit your request within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Provide proof of the issue (clear photos of the defect or incorrect item)

Refunds

  • Once we approve your return, you’ll receive a refund for the item cost (excluding shipping fees)
  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us

Limited Edition Items

  • Limited edition items can be returned if they meet the criteria above

    • Order number
    • Clear photos of the defect or incorrect item
  2. We’ll review your request and provide return instructions if approved

Note: We do not accept returns for change of mind, sizing issues, or normal wear and tear.
