Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only for:
- Items that arrive damaged, defective, or faulty
- Incorrect items sent due to our error
To be eligible for a return, you must:
- Submit your request within 14 days of receiving your order
- Provide proof of the issue (clear photos of the defect or incorrect item)
Refunds
- Once we approve your return, you’ll receive a refund for the item cost (excluding shipping fees)
- Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us
Limited Edition Items
- Limited edition items can be returned if they meet the criteria above
